Production

Headed by Production Manager Leif Graulund, PKC's production team consists of skilled and trained personnel focused on consistently delivering high quality work. In addition we focus on continuous improvements of the operational processes which combined with a comprehensive preventive maintenance program is beneficial to both the environment and PKC's customers.

The production facility is divided into three separate units:

• North unit – designed for chemical synthesis and purification
  
• South unit – designed for drying and grinding
  
• Clean room – ISO classes 5, 7 and 8

Unit operations:

• Chemical synthesis and mixing in glass lined and stainless steel reactors with applied heating / cooling media
  
• Purification and separation – filtration, centrifugation, chromatography and distillation
  
• Drying, crushing and grinding
